Job Requirements
- Preferably after-sales work experience for brands like Samsung, LG, Haier, etc., in roles such as spare parts supervisor, network supervisor, or after-sales system supervisor
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
Work Ability:
- Ability to build an after-sales system, including organizational structure design, cost management, KPI management, meeting scheduling, and industry benchmarking collection, with strong practical operation and implementation capabilities
- Risk management, including fixed asset management, spare parts management, defective product control, and preventing asset loss
- Team management skills, improving team atmosphere and solving practical problems
- Experience in solving difficult problems and managing job stability (e.g., number of resignations in previous jobs)
- Technical ability to understand common faults and their solutions
- Quality management, including failure rate tracking, statistics, and claim management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior after-sales role (preferably in a TV and/or Home Appliances company)
- Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in engineering
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Strong understanding of warranty management, customer service software, and service department operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong customer focus
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements
- Proficiency in customer service and warranty management software
- Proven ability to drive change and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
