Job summary

• Comfortable reaching out to potential promoters and affiliates actively.
• Ability to manage multiple promoters and monitor their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard affiliates, resellers, and live sellers who will sell products on commission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
• Track promoter performance, monitor sales, and suggest ways to increase results.
• Design incentives and commission programs to motivate promoters to sell more.
• Report regularly on growth metrics: number of promoters onboarded, active sellers, sales, and engagement.
• Optionally collaborate with KOLs or social influencers as part of high‑performing promoter campaigns.
