Job summary

Forvis Mazars Indonesia is seeking an Advisory Manager to join our growing team of professionals. Lead end-to-end business process improvement engagements and manage multiple client projects in internal audit, risk advisory, and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in economics, finance or accounting, an MBA is an advantage, and 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4 or multinational firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or accounting or related field.
• MBA would be an advantage for the role.
• 8+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting, or Transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process improvement engagements (internal audit, SOX, J-SOX, ICOFR, regulatory compliance).
• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
• Assess current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state operating models.
• Manage client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Coach junior consultants and project teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business process improvement engagements (internal audit, SOX, J-SOX, ICOFR, and regulatory compliance projects)
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Assess current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state operating models.
• Manage client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Coach junior consultants and project teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or accounting, or related field.
• A master's degree (MBA) would be an advantage .
• 8+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting, Business Improvement or Transformation projects
• Previous experience in Big 4, professional services, management consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.

SOX / J-SOX / ICOFR

Governance and Compliance

Process Improvement methodologies

Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
