Admissions, Marketing & Events Executive
We are Trehaus School Jakarta, a Silicon Valley-inspired premium preschool and daycare that is changing early education. We focus on building character and future skills, while creating a space where parents can be present in their children’s learning journey. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Admissions, Marketing & Events Executive to join our team full-time in Jakarta Pusat. In this exciting role, you’ll help grow our school community through engaging with families, leading marketing efforts, and organizing meaningful events that reflect our values.
Key Responsibilities:

Admissions

Respond to inquiries from prospective families via email, phone, and in person

Schedule and lead school tours and information sessions

Guide families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment

Maintain accurate records of prospective families and admissions data

Marketing

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school

Create content for social media, newsletters, brochures, and digital ads

Manage and grow the school’s online presence across platforms

Coordinate photography, video, and design needs for marketing materials

Events

Plan and execute school events such as open houses, community days, holiday celebrations, and parent engagement activities

Manage the school’s space as a rental venue, including coordinating with external clients, handling inquiries, and overseeing bookings

Work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to manage logistics

Oversee event promotion, on-the-ground coordination, and post-event follow-up

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

Min. 2 years of experience in marketing, events, admissions, or related roles

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

Experience with social media, basic design tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus

Passion for working in education or with young children is preferred
