  2. Review admissions applications, write summaries, and make recommendations regarding acceptance.

  4. Carry out registration form selling processes (e.g., conduct sales, registration, and admission test activities).
  5. Ensure overall compliance in admissions procedures (e.g., proper correspondence, acknowledgment of received documents, filing).
  6. Arrange admission test schedules and venues; inform prospective students about test procedures.
  7. Follow up with prospective students after admission test acceptance.
  8. Participate in marketing events (e.g., open houses, school fairs, exhibitions, school visits, off-campus events).
  9. Submit total cash income from registration form sales to the designated bank.
  10. Create income reports related to registration sales and ensure their accuracy.
  11. Provide information about programs, tuition fees, admission procedures, eligibility, and costs.
  12. Implement innovative communication strategies to attract and enroll more students.
  13. Perform data entry of prospective students, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  14. Maintain and update the student database (e.g., contact logs, feedback).
  15. Support management activities, including reporting, suggesting process improvements, and quality management tasks.
