Administrative Specialist (Full-time, WFO)

Role Description
- Persada Teknologi Tangguh is hiring a Full-time Administrative Specialist to join our on-site team in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat. The role involves a combination of administrative support, customer handling, and a strong focus on finance, accounting, and taxation in the Indonesian context.
- You’ll be working closely with the internal finance team and external partners to ensure smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and petty cash
- Assist with monthly and annual tax reporting (PPN, PPh 21/23)
- Maintain and organize accounting documents for audit and compliance
- Support customer service and front-desk tasks when needed
- Liaise with vendors, banks, and government institutions if required
Qualifications
- Preferably domiciled in West Jakarta or nearby areas
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience (1–2 years preferred) in administrative work with strong accounting and tax handling skills
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
