Sebuah perusahaan teknologi di Jakarta mencari Spesialis Administratif untuk bergabung dalam tim on-site. Anda akan mengelola tugas administratif harian, menangani pembukuan, dan mendukung pelaporan pajak. Administrative Specialist (Full-time, WFO)

  • Location: Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta
  • Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 09.00 – 17.00
  • Salary: Jakarta UMR

Role Description

  • Persada Teknologi Tangguh is hiring a Full-time Administrative Specialist to join our on-site team in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat. The role involves a combination of administrative support, customer handling, and a strong focus on finance, accounting, and taxation in the Indonesian context.
  • You’ll be working closely with the internal finance team and external partners to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and petty cash
  • Assist with monthly and annual tax reporting (PPN, PPh 21/23)
  • Maintain and organize accounting documents for audit and compliance
  • Support customer service and front-desk tasks when needed
  • Liaise with vendors, banks, and government institutions if required

Qualifications

  • Preferably domiciled in West Jakarta or nearby areas
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience (1–2 years preferred) in administrative work with strong accounting and tax handling skills
  • Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
