Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting clients through the application of education and migration journey, ensuring smooth processing of paperwork and providing excellent administrative assistance.

Assist clients with university enrollment procedures, including application forms, communication with institutions, and offer letter tracking.

Organize, manage, and verify client documentation, ensuring all files are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Handle visa application submissions, including compiling requirements, filling out forms, booking appointments, and following up with embassies.

Support with course and institution selection based on student profile, goals, and visa eligibility.

Assist students in preparing GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) statements, including gathering personal information, drafting, and reviewing to meet visa requirements.

Coordinate tuition payment process and ensure compliance with institutional and immigration deadlines.

Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and responding to client queries via email or phone.

Monitor client progress and maintain case files.

Keep up-to-date with changing policies in international education and visa regulations.

Provide logistical assistance with accommodation or health insurance arrangements for clients.

Support students in booking medical checks or biometric appointments if required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative, education, or migration support role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

Strong understanding of student visa application processes (especially for countries like Australia, UK, USA, or Canada).

Preferably based in or near Serpong/Tangerang.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.

Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Able to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
