Jobs Description
Support sales administration processes including data entry, order tracking, and ensuring completeness of sales documentation.
Maintain and update customer and sales data regularly using Excel and internal system.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Handle professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirement
Age: 20-30 Years old.
Education: Minimum D3 from any major.
Experience: Preferably Sales Admin at least 1 year in related field.
Preferably has background in Startups or FMCG industry.
Skills: Intermediate Excel, excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
Base in Surabaya/Malang.
