What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key support for executives and cross-functional teams, coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Handle correspondence, expense reports, travel arrangements, and routine administrative tasks with precision.
  • Maintain office systems (physical and digital), document management, and assist in creating presentations and internal documents.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding by coordinating logistics, equipment, and documentation for new hires.
  • Support team-wide organizational needs such as booking team meetings, ordering supplies, and liaising with facility administrators or vendors when necessary.
  • Continuously streamline administrative processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the organization.

Your Targets

  • Achieve zero scheduling conflicts and respond to 95% of internal requests within 24 hours.
  • Improve teams (people operations, technology) productivity by reducing admin-related bottlenecks and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar professional support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and basic project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
