Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our project teams in Insurance Business, IT Insurance Service, and Marketing Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative activities related to company projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain complex databases, spreadsheets, and digital records, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive project success.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and expertise as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (bachelor's degree in informatics engineering preferred for Insurance Services Team)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and visualization tools, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Visio, or Corel Draw, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work from South Jakarta office (WFO).
