Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or a related field
- Maximum 2 years experiences in Administration, Accounting, or Fresh graduate
- Maximum 30 years old
- Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility
- Having great accounting skills not limited to financial settlement, financial report, taxation, etc.
- Excellent skills in Ms Office
- Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Willing to be placed in all company business units (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi) based on candidate profile
- Willing to be relocated according company needs
Responsibilities
- Ensure that accounting and administrative recording systems and procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy in all Business Area (BA) units for estate and plasma (if there is plasma)
- Verify all accounting transactions and the validity of GL accounts that occur in all BA units under its work area
- Conduct a review of the GL and Trial Balance of the BA unit and identify errors so they can be corrected in the current month or the following month
- Supervise the book closing process and carry out the consolidation process in the work area (ECCS in SAP).
- Ensure interbranch reconciliation between estates and implement transaction recording controls in each BA to be in line with company policy
- Review and coordinate management reports from the BA unit periodically and create a summary in the AMA area
- Supervise the implementation of stock take every month and identify things to be followed up so that the stock of goods/materials is in accordance with company policy
- Managing cash for each BA for which they are responsible is carried out in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Coordinating with related departments for HR management in the administration section (employee needs planning, employee coaching and development, performance assessment and cadre formation)
- Prepare monthly money requests according to the monthly program and in line with the annual budget
- Prepare monthly cash request program (MRFF) and cash payment reconciliation (CRP).
- Coordinate all tasks of his subordinates including division offices and collaborate with colleagues.
- Serve and receive guests (both from the company and outside the company), if the plantation manager is not there.
