A prominent property service company in Indonesia seeks an Administration Supervisor to oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff. Candidates must have 3+ years in administration roles, be fluent in Mandarin, and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and daily office operations.
Manage facilities, supplies, and vendor services (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance).
Coordinate executive support: schedules, travel, meetings, and confidential correspondence.
Implement and maintain office policies, filing systems, and administrative procedures.
Oversee administrative budgets, control expenses, and assist with invoice approvals.
Serve as liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors; translate and interpret as needed.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or comparable experience.
3+ years in administrative roles with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English/Indonesian.
Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and office management systems, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
