Overview

We are currently recruiting professional candidates for Administration Site Project to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:

Able to demonstrated discipline, thoroughness, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressure, as well as being accustomed to meeting deadlines. Able to prepare reports related to work activities. Have adequate communication skills. Willing to be placed and work on site outside the city.

Responsibilities

• Document Administration: Storing and managing all project documents, incoming and outgoing letters, technical archives (such as shop drawings), and ensuring documents are organized chronologically and easily accessible.
• Documentation and Reporting: Performing data entry, recording project progress (weekly/monthly reports), and preparing reports related to site fund usage, including recording project expenditures and reviewing operational costs and reimbursements, to be submitted to the Project Manager or relevant parties.
• Meeting Management: Scheduling, organizing, and recording meeting minutes, and ensuring all team members are prepared with the necessary documents for the meeting.
• Able to coordinate with other departments and relevant superiors.
• Communication: Sending documents, reminding the team or other parties about follow-up letters or tasks, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or at least 3 (three) years of experience working in Electrical Site Project Administration, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching (GIS/AIS Substation Projects). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
