Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity through its Indonesia entity, PT AHK Testing Indonesia, who is looking for an Administration Officer (Minerals and Metals) to join our team based in Jakarta. PT AHK Testing Indonesia provides independent analysis and inspection services to the metals, minerals and solid fuels industries. We have a well-earned reputation for our knowledge and professionalism in all aspects of weighing, sampling and analysis.

As an Administration Officer you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and overseas offices, verbally and electronically. Within the administration team, you will handle all client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate and efficient manner. It is essential that you have excellent time management skills, administration experience and client relationship-building capability in order to be successful. The ability to identify and solve problems is vital, as well as being able to work independently and prioritize tasks

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and correspondence, requests, and concerns.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Proactive contribution to the continued achievement of departmental KPI’s and SLA’s

  • Ensure accurate and timely communications between internal and external clients, including job updates, final reports and invoices.

  • Provide accurate and timely finalised documentation to external clients

  • Use Dashboard to manage workload, maintain transparency in order to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of data and achievement of KPI’s.

  • Assist the Supervisor and Head of Administration and Client Coordinator as needed.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process enhancement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in other languages being a plus.
  • Excellent client liaison skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Team player with respect for colleagues and a collaborative approach to work.
  • Understanding of service quality principles and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to prepare management information and reports.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sincere, honest, loyal, passionate about learning new knowledge, disciplined, and accurate in work.

Required Work Experience

  • Having a minimum 1 (one) year experience in administration for the energy and metals minerals sector.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major. This requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
