Job Description
- Office Management: Responsible for the daily management of the office, office environment, vehicles, property management, and fixed asset management.
- Administrative expense management: Handling travelling expenses, office supplies accounting, and reimbursement.
- Company's management system: Managing staff attendance and leave system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university in Indonesia.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience. Previous experience in Indonesian state-owned enterprises is preferred.
- Able to adapt to domestic as well as international travelling.
- Familiar with Indonesian labour law and local legal affairs. Localised communication skills and ability to manage multicultural teams are required.
- Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
