About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Project & Tender - Port Machinery to join our dynamic team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki'. In this full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a vital part in managing the Project administrative and end to end tendering processes for our port machinery projects.

What you'll be doing

Manage to get informations on Projects/ Tenders in Port Industry

Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document management, scheduling, and coordination

Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and other bid documentation

Maintain detailed records and databases to track project progress and key milestones

Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management systems and processes

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the project management function

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree from a reputable National University

Minimum of 5 years working experiences and exposures as Project Administrative in Port Industry

Proven experience in a similar administrative or project support role, preferably within the engineering or port machinery industry

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in the use of project management and office productivity software

A detail-oriented approach and a keen eye for accuracy

A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
