We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Oil & Gas engineering principles to assist with related projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Oil & Gas, Geophysics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
  • Good understanding and ability to speak English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High adaptability and strong initiative

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM (WIB)

Job Description

  • Register employees in the BPJS Kesehatan system
  • Record driver working hours
  • Organize and file documents
  • Process reimbursements and payments to Finance
  • Assist in new employee recruitment processes
  • Support supervisors with administrative tasks related to Oil & Gas projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations
  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress and managing deadlines related to vendor registration and tender processes (Oil & Gas industry)
