Role Overview

Okusi Associates is seeking an experienced and professional Admin & Receptionist to join our team in our Central Jakarta office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to an efficient and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communication Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Office Maintenance: Order and maintain office supplies to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the wider administrative team with various tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Age 24-30 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
