Qualifications

- System Management:
- Operate and maintain the SLMS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Regularly update course content, schedules, and user information on the system.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the IT/product team.
- Data Management:
- Handle enrollment processes, including batch registrations and student grouping.
- Generate reports on attendance, course progress, and performance metrics (quiz result, rating, etc).
- Maintain confidentiality and security of user data in compliance with organizational policies.
- Recap attendance at the end of each day or the following morning for the previous day.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on learning materials and schedules.
- Liaise with IT/product teams for system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, etc).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. English is a plus.
- Proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
