Job description

Ensure company facilities and infrastructure (buildings, workspaces, drinking water, office equipment, and gardens) are in good and well-maintained condition.

Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of the company's physical assets.

Monitor the availability and smooth operation of company facility services such as transportation, security, and purchasing.

Evaluate the performance of service providers to ensure user satisfaction.

Handle repairs, maintenance, and improvements of company facilities.

Schedule technical maintenance and ensure timely upkeep of assets.

Establish and manage cooperation agreements with third parties (vendors, contractors, or service providers) to support company operations.

QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar facility management or operations management role, preferably in manufacturing industries.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of facility management principles, including building systems, maintenance, and project management.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, facility management, or a related field.

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Has high concern for work including health, safety, environment, and energy savings.
