Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Finance to join the team at PT GRAND MEGA LESTARI'. This full-time role based in PIK2, Kabupaten Tangerang Banten will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK majoring in Accounting
  • Work experience in finance administration or a related field
  • Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to work in a company that sells alcoholic products

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
