Job description

Establish and build good communication with customers through e-commerce/marketplace platforms.

Serve live chat questions, complaints and requests for return of goods from the customer in a friendly and polite manner.

Follow up on questions, requests for goods returns, and complaints from customers to the relevant department.

Provide a fast response in the form of solutions and alternatives to customers.

Responsible for all customer inquiries and complaints.

Always oriented to customer service and satisfaction.

Requirement:

Minimum Senior High School.

Preferably have 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Admin Online.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Age max 30 years old.

Capability in Microsoft Office; skilled in Excel/PPT/Word is an advantage.

Have good communication skills in Bahasa and English; Mandarin is a PLUS.

Strong customer service skills, cooperative attitude, able to multi-task, and detail-oriented.

Able to work under pressure and willing to be flexible in terms of scheduling or overtime.

Fast learner with a high sense of responsibility. Experience using TikTok Shop, Shopee center seller website, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc. is preferred.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00

Saturday 09.00 - 14.00
