About the role
This full-time Admin and Account Assistant role at Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd is based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements

Assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll processing, and maintaining financial records

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve any issues

Supporting the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative or accounting support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data
