Job summary

Pt Kokai Indo Abadi is seeking a Receiving and Shipping Supervisor to lead daily inbound and outbound logistics at the Bandung site. You will supervise receiving and shipping staff, coordinate box storage and deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory records and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in logistics, good report writing and MS Office skills, and experience with SAP and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Capable of writing a working report.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be located in Bandung.
• Experience using SAP and operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving and shipping admin and forklift drivers daily activities.
• Coordinate and optimize box storage layout and reporting.
• Track receipt, storage, and timely delivery of boxes.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
• Conduct daily area inspections for storage, chemicals and scrap.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate status.
• Monitor forklift team performance and logistics traffic.
• Organize and maintain box storage area and inbound/outbound goods.
• Oversee external materials handling and scrap disposal.
• Identify improvements and update work procedures.

Job Description

**Job Description Summary**

Managing the day-to-day operations of a box storage, box finish good request, receiving, storage, and shipping finish good. Ensure that box are handled safely and efficiently, and that all storing goals are met.

**Job Description**

**Essential Responsibilities:**

• Supervising receiving and shipping admin and forklift drivers daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on box storage layouting.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of boxes.
• Ordering boxes based on operations need.
• Checking orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Coordinate and performing a daily inspection of the area for storing box, chemical and scrap.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments
• Measure and report the effectiveness of traffics activities and forklift drivers team member performance
• Organize and maintain box storage area
• Coordinating in and out all the stuffs from outside the factory
• Controlling security of the stuff that been stored
• Managing scrap disposal both for the component scrap, spare part scrap, waste and metal scrap
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project box storage status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

**General Qualifications:**

• - High school diploma or GED.
• - Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience activities,
• - Capable to write a working report,
• - Good interpersonal & communication skills
• - Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change.
• - Good command of MS Office Skills
• - Have experience / knowledge using SAP
• - Have knowledge of using forklift
• - Willing to be located at Bandung
