PURPOSE/ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:

Account management on global accounts as well as local first division accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Develop and execute Southeast Asia account plans for key global and regional customers.
  2. Grow and manage existing accounts and prospect new growth initiatives for the business.
  3. Provide support and guidance to the global and regional business segment team to develop and implement sales and marketing programs and strategies to achieve the sales plan.
  4. Establish in-depth relationships with customer organizations to keep abreast of the latest competitor activity and share market information.
  5. Provide timely and accurate call reports, sales forecasts, and customer plans.
  6. Prepare and present reports on the assigned accounts to the senior business leaders periodically.
  7. Work with the distributors to defend and grow the company’s business.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of commercial experience in lubricants, additives, or related oil/chemical/OEM industry.
  3. Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  4. Effectively bilingual is an advantage.
  5. Possess entrepreneurial skills, a strong drive for results, and creative thinking.
  6. Frequent travel within the region is expected.
