Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end process of local statutory reporting in line with OJK and regulatory standards
  • Drive the preparation and review of financial projections for Strategic Planning, OJK Business Plan and Appointed Actuary Report.
  • Monitor and manage capital adequacy, solvency, and support capital optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate across finance, actuarial, and risk teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Act as a liaison with regulators and external auditors on financial and compliance matters
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and assess their impact on capital and reporting processe


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Fellow or near-Fellow of a recognized actuarial body (e.g., FSAI, FSA, FIA, etc.).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in life insurance or financial services, with strong exposure to statutory reporting and capital management
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements (OJK, PSAK, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
