Job Descriptions

• Assist clients to set up applications appropriate to client requirements.
• Provide consultancy for clients about best practice HRIS, Payroll, etc.
• Support and provide problem-solving to clients.
• Gather client requirements and implement the system.
• Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Payroll or having experience in an HRIS company.
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable of Payroll software, TAX, BPJS, Overtime, and other Payroll components is an added value.
• Good analytical skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients.
• Fast learner and independent.
• Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
