Job Description

• Assist clients in setting up applications tailored to their requirements
• Provide consultancy on best practices for HRIS, Payroll, etc.
• Support clients by resolving problems and providing solutions
• Gather client requirements and implement systems accordingly
• Report client needs and issues to the manager regularly

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience handling Payroll or working in an HRIS company
• Knowledge of Payroll software, TAX, BPJS, Overtime, and related components is an added value
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and engaging with clients
• Fast learner and independent worker
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure
