Job Descriptions

  • Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements
  • Provide product training to users
  • Provide consultancy for a client about best practice Accounting Software
  • Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.
  • Support and provide solutions to clients’ issues
  • Gather client’s information and implement them to the system
  • Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features
  • Regularly report to the manager about client’s needs and problems

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or equivalent
  • Required skills: accounting. Having knowledge in tax is a plus
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure
