Job description

We’re looking for an Acquisition Team Leader to join our Commercial team and drive growth in Indonesia. In this role, you will lead a team focused on increasing the number of new or reactivated companies and driving revenue growth at Glints marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Ensure achievement of team and individual monthly job listing targets.
  2. Acquire or reactivate companies based on employer segmentation.
  3. Source and acquire job listings through outbound cold calls to well-known employers.
  4. Maintain productivity and keep all account managers on track.
  5. Build and grow new acquisition team members for marketplace monetization.
  6. Supervise and lead all account managers.
  7. Coordinate with direct reports and relevant parties to support operations and develop the market.
Who We Are Looking For
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/Employer Acquisition telesales or cold-calling activities.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  3. Experience working in job portals, banking, insurance, or tech companies is a plus.
  4. Target Oriented: Able to meet department targets, whatever it takes.
  5. Good Time Management: Self-organized to maintain productivity while supervising the team, sourcing, calling, and handling administrative tasks.
  6. Leadership: Ability to supervise and maintain relationships with all account managers.
  7. Maintain all account managers' productivity on track.
  8. Customer-Obsessed: Sensitive to customer needs, able to understand users deeply and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  9. Excellent Questioning Skills: Able to gather objective feedback through effective questioning.
  10. Understand the importance of hypothesis formation before collecting feedback and review.
  11. Digital savvy.
  12. Good command of English, both oral and written.
