• Identify, screen, and reach out potential sellers to join Shopee Mall
• Conduct pitching and education both offline (store visits) and online (calls, emails, chats)
• Ensure document completeness (IP/HAKI, legal, and brand certificates)
• Assist sellers with registration, contracts, and onboarding process
• Responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting progress in acquisition trackers or Project trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields preferred
• Previous internship experience in sales, business development, key account management, or client/merchant acquisition
• Proficiency in English is required
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
