A leading company in telecommunications technology seeks a skilled professional to aid in the migration from HFC to FTTH. You will analyze acquisition areas, provide insights for enhancing company performance, and ensure data security measures are implemented. Ideal candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree, technical skills, and experience in a similar field.
- Support the organization in implementing and evaluating network migration from HFC to FTTH, coordinating with other departments or directorates to ensure a smooth process.
- Analyze FTTH migration areas for acquisition potential and identify any pending issues related to the migration process.
- Analyze the effectiveness and quality of the acquisition program.
- Conduct segmentation and analysis of the acquisition and win-back programs, generating insights based on the results.
- Examine sales leads data (resulting from Not Covered), visualize it on a map, and coordinate with relevant units to develop solutions for area coverage and enhance potential sales leads, thereby increasing sales acquisition.
- Coordinate with relevant units regarding insights and analyses provided.
- Collaborate with data mining, enrichment, and enhancement teams to improve data quality.
- Provide insights to related units to boost overall company performance.
- Support initiatives for zero accidents and an eco-friendly working environment.
- Assist in implementing data and information security measures.
- Help build a War Map for field acquisition activities.
- Analyze data and collaborate with the ADA team to identify potential sales leads and increase sales acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Age 27-36
- Gender: Male/Female
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT
- Work Experience: At least 2 years in a similar field
- Technical Skills: Database Management, SQL Query, Tableau
