Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to lead and oversee our receivables function. This position will manage the AR team, each with distinct responsibilities but aligned toward ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the company’s AR process.

The AR Manager will play a strategic and hands-on role in streamlining billing and collections, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring full compliance with internal controls and local financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the AR division, ensuring effective task delegation, process compliance, and performance development.
• Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoice processing, cash application, collection follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure the timely preparation and review of weekly and monthly AR reports, including aging analysis and collection status updates for management.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align billing, resolve disputes, and support client relationship management.
• Identify gaps in the AR process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
• Oversee monthly reconciliation of AR sub-ledgers, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior finance staff.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and local taxation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site daily at Mega Kuningan.
