Accounts Payable Accountant (6-Month Contract) - Australia Team

As an Accounts Payable Accountant supporting the Australia Team, you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager for Shared Services and will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Handling accounts payable tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including processing a high volume of vendor invoices and disbursements, communicating with vendors, monitoring internal controls, and maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Ensuring proper controls on disbursements and electronic payments.
• Meeting deadlines for monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end close processes.

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting function.
• Experience with large ERP AP systems, SAP preferred.
• Fluent in English; experience working or studying in an English-language environment is sufficient.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with team members and vendors.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be solution-oriented.
