ACCOUNTS CLERK

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join the team at Far East Paper Products Sdn Bhd in our Sungai Buloh, Selangor office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and supporting the accounting functions of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performing data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
2. Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks
3. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis
4. Keep track and follow up on debtor’s outstanding payments
5. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting documentation
6. Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
7. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
8. Providing support to the accounting team as required
9. Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the HOD

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Possess recognized Diploma, LCCI, CAT or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Knowledge of E-Invoice & Accounting System.
3. Able to undertake pressure, highly committed and able to work independently within tight deadlines.
4. Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
6. Must be willing to work at Sungai Buloh
7. Possess own transport
