Accounting Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-120913)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking forAccounting Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit Bank Indonesia Reports including KPPK and SIUL in a timely and accurate manner.

Operate and manage accounting software systems for daily transactions and monthly closings.

Calculate and report all tax obligations which include but not limited to PPh 21/26, PPh 23/26, Pasal 4 ayat 2 and Vat Efaktur Web Based.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements, and other relevant reports.

Assist in tax audits including reconciliation and equalization processes.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with external financial auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and timely submission of required documentation.

Understand and support the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc).

Oversee and schedule Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure healthy cash flow and timely settlements.

Communicate and report in English, both written and verbal, as needed for internal and external coordination.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Conversational level of English proficiency.

More than 5 years of experience as FAT in the manufacturing industry with minimum 2 years as Leader.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and Bank Indonesia reporting requirements.

Familiar with tax audit procedures, external audit coordination, and transfer pricing documentation.

Hold Tax Brevet A&B .
