Job description

Job Title: Tax Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare invoices, VAT invoices, and filing documents.
2. Ensure accurate, timely financial reports.
3. Maintain up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping.
4. Prepare and submit tax reports such as PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), e-faktur, and DJP online.
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
6. Assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed.
7. Verify the completeness of documents required for financial transactions.
8. Monitor cash flow from bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required Skills: E-Faktur, Accurate system, financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2).
• Experience with accounting software (Accurate), DJP Online, e-faktur, MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and administrative skills.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and ready to start immediately/ASAP in July 2025.
