Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

  • Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK) for their proper application in accounting and tax procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team and relevant departments to gather, correct, and manage tax and accounting-related data, aiming for operational excellence in tax management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Identify transactions requiring recording, create journal entries, and post them to the general ledger.
  • Develop trial balances and analysis worksheets to identify discrepancies between debits and credits.
  • Conduct reconciliations and adjustments among SPT (tax returns), tax invoices, and the General Ledger to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, SPT reports, annual tax returns, and other relevant documents to ensure accessible reports, maintain tax compliance, and generate appropriate accounting records.
  • Ensure all necessary administrative tasks are completed to achieve operational excellence in both tax and accounting operations.

Does it match your criteria?

  • Has bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance Management, or Fiscal Administration is required.
  • Experience of 1 to 2 years in fields like Taxation, Finance, or Audit is preferred, and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of Taxation and Accounting, and possessing Brevet AB certification is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Microsoft Office, preparing Financial Reports, and dealing with Business Taxes is necessary.
