Job summary

Indonet, a leading Indonesian digital infrastructure provider, is seeking an Accounting & Tax Officer to join our finance team. The role focuses on monthly, quarterly, and annual close, tax compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will analyze data, support internal controls, coordinate with auditors, and implement process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2–3 years’ audit/accounting experience plus strong Excel and accounting software skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in audit and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Assist in analyzing financial data and variances; present insights to management.
• Identify improvements to accounting processes, internal controls, and system usage.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (banks, intercompany, accruals).
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial reports.
• Analyze reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments for data integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes with documentation.
• Support ICOFR activities and internal control improvements.
