Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Indonesia seeks an experienced Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager. The candidate will prepare financial statements, supervise a team, and handle tax calculations. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, fluent English, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing environment. Up for negotiation regarding salary expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax.
• Experience working in a Japanese Manufacturing/Trading company is mandatory.
• Possession of a Tax Brevet certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc.).
• Supervise the Finance & Accounting team for Inventory and Stock Checking.
• Calculate and Report Taxes including VAT E-faktur.

Skills

Fluency in English (oral and written)

Strong knowledge of Chart of Accounts (COA)

Familiar with Tax Audits

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Tax

Job description

· Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc.)

· Supervise the Finance & Accounting team for Inventory and Stock Checking activities with the External Auditor

· Calculate and Report Taxes (PPh 21/26, PPh 23/26, Pasal 4 ayat 2, and VAT E-faktur Web Based)

Requirements:

• Age between 30 - 40 years old
• Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Tax
• Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, at a level from Senior Staff/Supervisor
• Experience working in a Japanese Manufacturing/Trading company is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Chart of Accounts (COA)
• Familiar with Bank Indonesia Reports (KPPK and SIUL), Operating Accounting Systems, Tax calculations, and reporting
• Must be familiar with Tax Audits (Reconciling and Equalization)
• Experience assisting and communicating with External Financial Auditors
• Possession of a Tax Brevet certificate is an advantage
• This position is open for Supervisor up to Assistant Manager level
• Willing to work in MM2100, Cikarang
