Job description

Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily transactions (AR, AP, GL, cash/bank).

Review accounting journal entries before posting.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Analyze variances against budgets or previous periods.

Oversee recording and valuation of feed cost of goods manufactured.

Ensure accuracy of raw material and finished goods inventory through reconciliation with warehouse and production teams.

Assist in internal and external audit processes.

Prepare supporting documentation and respond to audit findings.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or feed mill industry.

Solid understanding of general accounting principles, PSAK (IFRS), and Indonesian tax regulations.

Proficient in accounting systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate).

High attention to detail, strong discipline, and excellent analytical skills.

Proven leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
