About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at PT Wira Sakti Surya Persada, a leading property management company in North Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for our residential leasing and property management portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and oversee the work of the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts receivable and payable

Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Liaise with property managers and other stakeholders to provide financial information and address any accounting-related inquiries

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the property management division

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of the accounting function

Provide mentorship and training to junior members of the accounting team

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role in the real estate or property management industry

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
