About the role
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Staff to join our team at PT Layanan Keuangan Berbagi' in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of the company's accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries

Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy

Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Providing support in the maintenance of the company's accounting systems and internal controls

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Performing other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting

Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and standards

Able to speak and write in English (this is a mandatory requirement).
