Accounting Staff

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our team at PT IDT Trans Agency (Jakarta) in East Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties to support the financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other accounting documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Provide support for audits and other financial compliance activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the financial accounting and reporting industry.
• Must possess BREVET Certificate A & B.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting and compliance.
