Our Accounting team plays a key role in ensuring every number reflects integrity, accuracy, and trust — the foundation of how we grow responsibly.

Role Overview

You’ll be part of the Finance & Accounting team that keeps the company’s financial engine running smoothly. You will prepare monthly financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and help us meet our regulatory commitments. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, accuracy, and making numbers tell a clear story.

What You Will Do
  • You will prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports in line with company and statutory requirements.
  • You will manage daily journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure every record is reliable.
  • You will prepare schedules and perform reconciliations for key accounts above threshold.
  • You will support internal and external audits, assist with reviews, and coordinate with tax authorities when needed.
  • You will identify ways to improve accounting and tax processes to make them more efficient and scalable.
What Success Looks Like
  • Monthly financial statements are delivered on time and supported by complete documentation.
  • Monthly ITSK – OJK reports are prepared and submitted accurately within deadlines.
  • Accounting data remains audit-ready, organized, and compliant at all times.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in a public accounting firm is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable mindset — you take ownership and follow through.
  • A team spirit and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
