Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field and familiarity with accounting software and Excel, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
