Job Description

1. Provide leadership in accounting processes, journals, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
3. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decision-making.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CPA certification preferred.
2. Proven experience in accounting with a minimum of 5 years; Ex-Big4 Accounting Firm preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, IFRS17, and relevant regulatory requirements.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
