• Provide leadership in accounting processes, journals, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting with a minimum of 5 years; Ex-Big4 accounting firm preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, IFRS17, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
