Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking a meticulous finance professional in Indonesia to manage asset accounting, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.

The role includes preparing journal entries for fixed and prepaid assets, conducting bank reconciliations, and compiling P&L and sales reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will also coordinate with related parties on due dates, oversee customer transactions such as withdrawals and terminations, and support comprehensive transaction data

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries for Fixed Assets, Prepaid Assets, and sales transaction details
• Perform transaction reconciliation and journal entries for withdrawals
• Perform reconciliation and prepare sales and invoice reports
• Prepare Profit & Loss Statement reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Compile recap of product/service transaction data
• Follow up with related parties regarding customers whose transactions are approaching due date
• Process customer transactions (withdrawal, reapplication, and termination)
• Perform termination process for consignment transactions
