Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the finance department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• Ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and maintain a minimal balance of hotel accounts receivable.
• Prepare proforma invoices, invoices, and all billing related to clients.

Your experience and skills include:

• 1-2 years accounting or operation experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field is preferred.
• Good communicator, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer savvy, including strong Excel knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
